🌙 Somatic Yin Yoga
Quiet, meditative practice. A supportive, meditative practice combining long-held, grounding postures with subtle mindful movements to release deep-seated tension. Calming breathwork, positive affirmations, and stillness create space to slow down and simply be. Each class ends with a deeply nourishing rest, often with soothing sound healing.
🔥 Flow Fusion
This class blends the mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates into a seamless, invigorating practice. Open to all levels. A few prior yoga or movement classes would be beneficial.
🔥 Vinyasa Flow
Ideal for students comfortable with the basics, this class combines flowing sequences, longer-held postures, and intentional breathwork to cultivate strength, balance, and focus. Modifications are always offered.
💪 Mat Pilates
A focused class combining core work, controlled movement, and light resistance training to strengthen the whole body. Adjustments are offered to suit all levels.
💪 Strong + Grounded
A 45-minute strength-focused class building total-body stability through intentional, controlled movement. Expect mat-based core work, functional strength exercises, and positive affirmations to keep you connected and present.
🔥🔥 Power Yoga
A strong, flowing practice linking breath with movement to build strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Designed for students with a regular yoga practice, expect a faster pace, creative sequences, and opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions.
