A 4-class series designed especially for brand-new, absolute beginners. This gentle introduction focuses on healthy movement, mindful breathing, and rediscovering ease in your body. We’ll move slowly, explore the basics, and build comfort and confidence on and off your mat.
Embodied Recovery™ is a monthly closed-circle program designed to support healing through presence, connection, and self-compassion through evidence-based skills, movement, breath, and mindfulness.
