A Somatic Yin Class, blending long-held, grounding postures with calming breath work and gentle, rhythmic movement to help release stress and tension from both the mind and body. Throughout class, positive affirmations are offered to quiet the busy mind and support a deeper sense of ease during longer holds. We close with a deeply nourishing rest, often accompanied by soothing sound healing.
