Strong & Grounded is a 45-minute strength-focused class designed to build total-body stability through intentional, controlled movement. You’ll flow through a blend of mat-based core work and functional strength exercises that support balance and mobility. Positive affirmations are sprinkled throughout class to help you stay connected, confident, and present.
