Getting Started

All new clients begin with a 30-minute intake session to review goals, movement history, and any specific needs.

  • $20 intake fee if booking a single session

  • Complimentary intake with a 4-session package

Training Rates

  • Single Session (50 min): $87 + $20 intake fee

  • 4-Session Package: $360 (includes complimentary intake)
