
Root down to rise up with Alex in this 3 week journey through strength, balance, and flight. Each week, we'll flow through dynamic vinyasa sequences designed to ground and prepare the body for an arm balance or peak pose. With mindful progressions, breath awareness, and playful exploration you'll build confidence, strength, and stability as you transition from earth to air. This is for all levels- just show up with an open mind and curious spirit!
