In this Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation class, you'll settle into gentle, fully supported poses that help your body soften and release tension without effort.

As your body unwinds, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation to quiet the mind, slow the breath, and bring you back to center. This is your time to let go of the noise, reset, and just be.

Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of a little extra care.

No experience needed. Do keep in mind, this class has very little movement and is deeply meditative and restful. If you struggle with stillness, it might not suit you.
