Candlelit Soul Flow is a blend of three complementary styles of movement—Somatic Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga—designed to soften tension in the body and mind, ease stress, and reset your nervous system. Practiced in our low-lit, cozy space infused with calming scents, this class includes mindful breathwork, stillness, gentle movement, and closes with Yoga Nidra and a warm aromatherapy towel for deep rest.
