Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while providing the stability of a chair. Perfect for individuals with limited mobility, balance concerns, who are recovering from an injury, or for those who have a challenge getting up and down from the floor. Participants will have the chair nearby to use if needed. This practice will incorporate seated (on the chair) and standing movements.

Option to add light weights to the practice to incorporate gentle resistance, helping to build muscle strength and improve bone density. Great for any level practitioner.
