
Grief & Ground Holiday Class
Grief touches each of us, and the holiday season
can often amplify feelings of loss and loneliness.
This 90-minute class provides a nurturing
environment through gentle movement, breathwork,
and healing sound to support your body, mind, and
spirit.
Participants will also have the opportunity to
honor and share memories of their loved ones.
Together, we will create a space where grief can gently
soften, making room for renewal, compassion, and
meaningful connection.
Come as you are- no yoga experience
needed. Please bring a photo of your loved
one and an open heart.
