Experience a supportive, closed group where yoga philosophy and 12-step principles come together with movement, meditation, and group coaching to support those seeking an extra layer of support.
This program is led by Stephanie Wheelahan, ERYT, Y12SR Leader, who specializes in Embodied Yoga for Trauma and Addiction Recovery as well as Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety, alongside Cheryl Vanase, Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. Together, they create a safe and guided space for transformation.
You can join for a three-month seasonal session or commit to the full year program.
A certificate of completion is awarded to all participants who complete the program.
