 This class combines the mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates, creating a seamless integration of invigorating sequences.  Whether you're a seasoned Yoga practitioner, a Pilates enthusiast or someone looking to explore the benefits of both practices, this class offers something for everyone. A few prior Yoga or movement classes would benefit you.

Nourished Flow

A Somatic Yin class blending long-held grounding poses, calming breathwork, and gentle, rhythmic movements designed to ease stress and tension. We end with a deep, nourishing rest, often accompanied by soothing sound healing. It’s like hitting the reset button—welcoming in peace, clarity, and a refreshed sense of balance.

Empower Flow

Empower Flow blends an intermediate vinyasa flow with longer pose holds and enlivening breath practices. Classes vary depending on the teacher’s creativity, but all offer dynamic sequences to spice up your flow and keep your practice fresh. This energizing blend helps you get out of your head and into your body, creating space to challenge yourself and reset your energy. Optional cooled aromatherapy towels are offered during rest for a soothing finish.

Unwinding Flow

 Unwind from the day with a beginner friendly slow flow infused with somatic movement, and breath-work. At the end of class, drop into nourishing rest, often accompanied by soothing sound healing. Classes led by Karen Mangine will also offer optional Reiki. Reiki is a hands-on complementary therapy from Japan where a practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above a person to direct "universal life energy" to promote relaxation and support the body's natural healing response. The goal is to remove energetic blockages to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Designed for all levels, we focus on synchronizing breath to movement, offering adjustments for you to choose to take your practice a step up, or a step down, meeting you where you are as you explore your practice. Each class offers a unique experience, shaped by the creativity and style of the teacher.

The first half of this class begins with a Slow Flow, intentionally crafted to ease stress and release tension from the body. As we transition, the pace softens with restorative postures that invite full-body rest and mental stillness.

Sculpt & Strength is a 45-minute fitness style class designed to build total-body strength through purposeful, controlled movement. You'll move through a blend of mat-based core work, dynamic sculpting sequences, and functional strength training. This class leaves you feeling strong, stable, and energized from the inside out.

Candlelit Soul Flow

Unravel from your week in a warm, low-lit space designed for deep release.

Candlelit Soul Flow is a blend of three complementary styles of movement—Somatic Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga—designed to soften tension in the body and mind, ease stress, and reset your nervous system. Practiced in our low-lit, cozy space infused with calming scents, this class includes mindful breathwork, stillness, gentle movement, and closes with Yoga Nidra and a warm aromatherapy towel for deep rest.

All levels are welcome!

Full Moon Circle

A sacred space for all to gather, reflect, and harness the powerful energy of lunar cycles for personal growth and collective healing. These circles blend therapeutic insight with indigenous ceremonial practice, offering participants an opportunity to release what no longer serves them while setting intentions for the path ahead.

Full Moon Circles will occur monthly on the Sunday closest to the Full Moon from 4-5:30 PM.

Sculpt & Strength for Beginners is the perfect starting point if you’re new to strength training or looking to build a solid foundation.

In this supportive series, we’ll guide you through simple, effective movements designed to improve strength, stability, and confidence in your body.

Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises and light resistance training, and light-weight training with clear instruction every step of the way.
